Matt Jeanes
Co-Founder, Staff Engineer
Matt discovered programming in middle school and was hooked. Becoming his main hobby and passion, he went on to earn a B.S. in Computer Science, by which point he had already launched multiple products with thousands of active users. Equally comfortable with designing information architecture, creating intuitive user experiences, diagnosing hairy issues across the entire stack, and writing effective code, he excels in a fullstack environment. In his down time, he also enjoys snowboarding and practicing German.
Mike Surowiec
Co-Founder, Staff Engineer
Mike is a veteran software developer with over 15 years of experience. As an early engineer at multiple startups, he specializes in building products from concept to launch (0 to 1). His passion lies in fullstack development with a focus on the end-to-end user experiences. When not coding, Mike enjoys roasting coffee and perfecting his latte art.
Will Justice
Staff Engineer
Will has been building digital products for more than a decade. He started his career as a UX/UI designer but could never stop himself from coding everything he designed. He quickly transitioned to UX engineering and fullstack development. Now he combines both skillsets to create highly usable and performant digital products. When he isn't coding he is producing music and building modular synthesizers.
